Print solver iteration and convergence param #2860

I have had some requests to add back some indication of PROCESS' status. People missed the visual indication that the solver was actually running and the feedback of the convergence parameter to see if the run looks likely to converge.

This PR causes a PROCESS run to look as follows:

Can the convergence parameter be shown in only scientific notation @timothy-nunn

Changed to always use scientific notation and to overwrite the previous line:

With.Scientific.Notation.mov
